Basic Service

Sessions focused on eliminating pain fast—by pinpointing the source and using targeted techniques like gua sha, assisted stretching, and myofascial release.
Intermediate Service
$149
1.5 hours
These sessions provide evidence-based body readings rooted in anatomy trains and contemporary fascia science. We identify the repetitive movement patterns and fascial tension that exacerbate pain, and assess existing postural alignment unique to each client. Evaluation includes movement screening and targeted palpation to locate pain drivers; specific movements and symptomatic hotspots are tested prior to the first treatment to establish baselines.
Advanced Service

Advanced services begin after intermediate sessions. These sessions include the full gamut: body reading and fascia mapping, gua sha, assisted stretching, yoga, and targeted small‑muscle strengthening. Home exercises are prescribed to prevent pain recurrence—science‑backed, efficient, and easy to integrate into daily life. Each plan is individualized, progressive, and focused on restoring optimal movement patterns and tissue resilience. Regular reassessment ensures exercises evolve with recovery and reduce the risk of chronic return.
