Lauren Fields has spent the past 20 years solving real pain for real people. What began as a search through yoga quickly became a deeper discovery: lasting relief isn’t one technique — it’s a layered system. Lauren built that system.
Her specialty is spinal movement. She studies the seven natural movements of the spine and how they interact with the modern body. She pairs that with body-reading certification and immersion with Tom Meyeres to understand how repetitive movement patterns and Western postural habits create predictable pain. From there she mastered therapeutics: strengthening the muscles closest to joint complexes to restore stability and prevent recurrence.
The Fields Method approach is methodical and hands-on. Sessions combine:
